Cascade Financial Services is a Mortgage Banking Company located in East Mesa. Cascade is an industry leader in providing FHA financing for land/home packages in the Manufactured Housing Industry. Our business is steady and strong based on purchase referrals from retailers of Manufactured Homes. We have a history of slow, controlled, but steady growth regardless of interest rates and the housing market.

Cascade is an issuer of Ginnie Mae guaranteed Mortgage Backed Securities and retains the servicing of these FHA loans. Our borrowers require a level of servicing above that of a typical mortgagor. An increased level of counseling and loss mitigation efforts are necessary to maintain acceptable default ratio's on this servicing portfolio.

Our servicing portfolio is currently very small but growing quickly. We are seeking an experienced professional to work directly with Cascade's CEO to manage and direct the growth of the servicing operation. The individual will also be heavily involved in the issuing of the Ginnie Mae pools and the Ginnie Mae reporting.
